When you contact Arna, we use your name, contact details, postcode and project description to respond, discuss the work and manage the enquiry. Optional budget and timing details help us understand your plans.
Keeping your details private
Customer contact information, notes and unpublished project photos belong in the private owner area. Public project pages use general areas rather than exact home addresses. Customer feedback and project photographs should only be published with permission.
Reviews and review photos
When you submit a review with permission to publish, your display name, optional title, words and photos are stored privately until Grenit checks and approves publication. Previously published reviews remain visible. “Customer confirmed by Arna” means Grenit has checked the customer, not that an independent review service has verified them. Grenit may add a separate reply or remove spam, suspected fake content, inappropriate material or personal information. Removed reviews and photos stay in the private workspace so a moderation mistake can be corrected. Contact Arna to request removal of your information. Please do not include home addresses or anyone’s private details in reviews or photos.
The online review service uses a hashed network identifier to limit spam and a submission reference to prevent duplicate reviews. Local previews are saved only in this browser, not submitted online.
Website services
The website uses Netlify for hosting and Supabase for secure records and photo storage. Notification emails are not enabled. These providers process the information needed to operate those services. Owner sign-in uses necessary session cookies. No advertising or optional analytics cookies are installed in this version.
Your choices
To ask about, correct or request removal of information you have provided, contact [email protected]. Calling, emailing or opening WhatsApp also involves the provider of that service.
Before public launch
This notice is a working draft. Arna must confirm its full business contact information, retention periods and live data-processing arrangements before the site opens for online enquiries.
